OUR STORY THE BRAND The jewelry business can be very difficult for customers to navigate when they are looking for that special something for a spouse, significant other, family member, friend or themselves. Most jewelry stores are overpriced and focus more on their profit than their customers. After having experienced unfair practices ourselves, we decided to take all of our knowledge of gemstones, jewelry, and the ins and outs of the industry to bring you Honest Jewelers. Honest Jewelers was founded on giving customers a completely enjoyable, personalized, and upfront jewelry shopping experience. We happily put all of the information about our pieces in our descriptions for you to see. Our motto is to be forthright with everything we do. That means our customers can expect an honest, caring and fun experience with us. We are excited to share our incredible pieces with you and hopefully put a lasting smile on your face! THE FOUNDER Our company was founded by Savanna Bradford, a lifelong gemstone enthusiast from NC! During a visit to a gem mine as a child, Savanna became fascinated by all the incredible stones the earth produced, and quickly fell in love with the study of gemology. With the desire to learn more about jewelry, Savanna began working at a larger jewelry store. Instead of learning about the art of jewelry creation and customer relations, she instead witnessed dishonest practices that took advantage of customers. Taking her passion for jewelry and desire for honest business practices, she decided to create her own jewelry shop. So, in April of 2021, Honest Jewelers was born! Honest Jewelers is a place where customers will be prioritized, appreciated, and given a space to enjoy looking at and learning about the various aspects of the jewelry that interests them. Now, she is in pursuit of a Professional Gemologist Certification and has completed her Business Management and Entrepreneurship degree at Appalachian State University. Savanna never could have come this far without the support of her family, especially her mom, Laura, and her dad, Randy. After that same gem mine visit, Randy and Laura also became transfixed by the beauty of gemstones. Their fascination grew with Savanna's, and their gemstone collections spiraled out of control together! After witnessing their daughter's unfortunate experience with working in the jewelry industry, they did all they could to help her cultivate a space where others can fall in love with gemstones and beautiful jewelry without breaking the bank. We welcome all to come fall in love with all jewelry, whether that be vintage, antique or modern styles of jewelry, just like we did!

SHIPPING & RETURNS SHIPPING POLICY All of our products can only be shipped in the USA. We send all of our packages through USPS. Each package is insured through USPS. Our order processing time is 2-5 business days. Once your order has been dropped off at the USPS office, you will receive a tracking number for extra insurance purposes. Do not hesitate to reach out to us with any additional inquiries about shipping! RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY If you find that our product does not work out for you, you may ship it back to us within 5 days of the package's delivery to you. We offer full refunds for undamaged items if shipped back to us within the previously stated 5 day period. If an item gets damaged after arrival, we unfortunately can not issue refunds. In-person sales are non-returnable and non-refundable . However, if your purchase gets bent out of shape (as well-loved jewelry sometimes does!), feel free to reach out to us with repair/cleaning questions! We do offer one free cleaning within 6 months of your purchase of the item, and shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. We are not liable if the product gets lost in the mail on its way to or from us for cleaning.
